Join Medicine Woman Asia Ajuntha Anwari on an intimate experience focused on the health properties of indigenous plants and how to incorporate them into your daily lives for better health and vitality. The workshop will include tasting fresh teas and tonics and participants will leave feeling refreshed and motivated to eat more healthily.

Woodmaking 101 This is an entry-level woodworking experience for anyone who wants to give the old wood a new lease of life! Guided by woodworking masters and carpenters, learn how to upcycle and craft your own wood phone speaker that allows you to enjoy music more audibly in your homes or offices. In the process, learn the basics of woodworking and get initiated into a zero-waste lifestyle by opening your eyes to the many ways old wood can be used.

Urban Gardening and Kokedama Plant Workshop Want a greener home or office environment but don’t know how to take care of store-bought plants? Want to start on your own urban farming journey at home? In this plant workshop, learn the basics of urban gardening (plant propagation, plant care techniques, and common stressors) and get hands-on in planting your own leafy greens, microgreens, or herbs. After that, learn about kokedama, a Japanese plant-crafting technique that negates the use of pots for plants.
